Whenever company detects any fraudulent or unauthorized activity against the company policies or Impartiality Management System in ISO Certifications and/or Training Courses across the globe. Company puts them all such cases in public domain for the sake of all our genuine interested parties.

09.09.2019	Training	SNR Egypt , Egypt	info@wayeelectronics.com	SNR has fraudulently marketed the course linked with ABC Certification of Egypt . BSCIC never ask its Subcontractors to Sublet its CQI IRCA courses. Any public display claims of SNR mentioning BSCIC are declared as Fraudulent. Also BSCIC is not liable for any Certificate issued by SNR Egypt to any delegate.
10.10.2019	Certification	Motibag Workshop, Nagpur, South East Central Railway. Certificate issued by Deming Certification Services Pvt. Ltd.	info@demingworld.com,+91-0250-2341257/6452333	Deming Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. has misused BSCIC name and logo, thereby fraudulently certifying Motibag Workshop, Nagpur, South East Central Railway under BSCIC.
25.11.2019	Training	BritishWings Kuwait	Info@britishwing.com,www.britishwing.com	Issued fake CQI-IRCA Training certificate on behalf of BSCIC. BSCIC declares that, they have no relationship with BritishWings Kuwait. Further BSCIC is not liable for any Certificate issued by BritishWings Kuwait to any delegate
03.09.2020	Training	Ahamad Abubaker		Issued fake CQI-IRCA Training certificate on behalf of BSCIC. BSCIC declares that, they have no relationship with Ahemad Abubaker. Further BSCIC is not liable for any Certificate issued by Ahemad Abubaker to any delegate
24.09.2020	Certification	Angstrom Biotech Pvt. Ltd, Bhiwadi, Alwar, Rajasthan	Rahul@angstrombiotech.in,www.angstrombiotech.in	Angstrom Biotech has used our certificate fraudulently using our certificate copied, assigning certificate no. BN19831/18807 issue date 14-Sep-2020. The same client has fradantly used another GMP certificate ( BU1871/1316) issue date 14-Sep-2020 As per our records both the certificates were never issued to Angstrom Biotech Pvt Ltd.

BU1614/1265 issue date 09-Jun-2020. As per our records this certificate was never issued to SANAO MEESAWANG.
07.01.2021	Fake website	www.bscicc.net Address: Unit 1 3/F Hillwood Road 46-48 Winning Commercial Building. Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong	info@bscicc.net, +852 8193 1141	www.bscicc.net is a fake website misusing BSCIC Name and Logo. BSCIC has never mentioned to verify any ISO Certificate on www.bscicc.net. Any public display of www.bscicc.net mentioning BSCIC is declared as Fraudulent.

New Delhi,India, Factory: 496 Ph II, Barhi Industrial Area Sonipat Haryana	xxx, xxx	fake certificate, misusing BSCIC Name and Logo. BSCIC has never issued this ISO Certificate (BN15123/31311) to this client. Any public display of the said certificate is declared as Fraudulent.
19.02.2021	Training	UB International W.L.L Safety Training Kuwait	Asim Rana / info@ubintwll.com	Fraudulent Activity: Conducting fake CQI-IRCA Training and issuing fake certificates on behalf of BSCIC. BSCIC declares that, they have no relationship with UB International W.L.L. Safety Training Kuwait. Further BSCIC is not liable for any Certificate issued by UB International Kuwait to any delegate.
05.04.2021	Fake Certificate	In Motion Electronic Store Maimi FL	Abdul Hameed Mohannad	Fraudulent Activity:Jaz Villaflor sent email to BSCIC to verify the legit of certificate. BSCIC Found it as fake certificate. BSCIC declares that, they have no relationship with In Motion Electronic Store Maimi FL. Further BSCIC is not liable for any Certificate used by In Motion Electronic Store to anyone .
08.03.2022	Fake Certificate	Semnan Kavir Gypsum 14 Km On Firoozkooh Road, Semnan, Iran	Mr. Mahdavi (MR) Mob: 09104562075, 023-33604316	This client status is terminated due to not conduct RE-Assessment audit on time, but the client has modified the certification dates in certificates.
26.04.2022	Fake Certificate	Covalence Envirotech	www.covalenceenvirotech.com, info@covalenceenvirotech.com, +91-20-35901214	COVALENCE ENVIROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED has used our certificate fraudulently using our certificate copied, assigning certificate no. BN22357/19363 issue date 28-Apr-2022. As per our records the certificate was never issued to COVALENCE ENVIROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED
11.06.2022	Fake Certificate	NCET	www.ncetindia.com, ncetindia@gmail.com	NCET has used our certificate fraudulently, misusing NABCB and BSCIC Symbol on its Product i.e. Academic Certificate.
15.06.2022	Fake Certificate	Atlanta Engineering Works	NA, NA	Atlanta Engineering Works is misusing JAS-ANZ Symbol with BSCIC Name and Logo. BSCIC has never issued any ISO Certificate to Atlanta Engineering Works. Any public display of Atlanta Engineering Works mentioning JAS-ANZ and BSCIC is declared as Fraudulent.

13.07.2023	Expired Certificate	FUTURISTIC PACKAGING PVT. LTD.	Vinay Jaiswal	On 13.07.2023 we found FUTURISTIC PACKAGING PVT. LTD. was using expired BSCIC Certificate on company's website which got expired on 10 March 2020.
